Returning NB I-5 to its usual 3-lane configuration near Stanwood after installing a fish passage at Secret Creek.

– Expect rolling slowdowns starting at 9pm Thurs (2/19) to shift lanes back to mainline.
– SB I-5 will continue using its 2-lane bypass through March.
